Okay, we get it we have to build a blog. Man I don't know how many times we have heard this over the last year. So here are you happy? Now of course we run into the same problem that has kept us from ever doing one of these in the first place. WHAT R WE GOING TO TALK ABOUT?
I know I have never been short on words before, but when it comes to sharing our thoughts, our happenings, our trials do we really want that posted on this infinite network system called the WWW. When did this become the norm anyway? When did we all resort to sharing information about ourselves through wires? Life was so good when we actually picked up phones (not cellular) but regular rotary household phones. We didn't send text message, but we had conversations where we could hear the persons voice and understand the true feelings behind the words they spoke. We don't even laugh anymore we just type LOL......WHAT?
As much as I am against this I know it will please my sisters, Jenny, Lori, Kim, Ann (Ann could care less) so it must be worth it. I hope this pleases the hearts of those who read it. If it encourages just one person to pick up the phone and call to just say hello it will be worth it. Think of how good it will feel to just say what's on your mind, just blurting something out in a emotional wreck. Come on, aren't we all tired of erasing every other line we type because we thought about a better more appropriate word to use or a more elegant way to write that sentence.
Since it must be I will continue writing the most elegant, most uplifting, and most pain staking honest and thought provoking substance on the net. I am so LOL right now. CYA

We are glad to know your true feelings about the whole blog thing. By the way, how often do you pick up the phone to call your sistas? Anyways, I am glad you made one and you write with such wisdom. A blog is not useful if you don't let anyone know you have it. Ditto to Lori's comment about calling your siters. Amen sista! BTW I don't believe your tirade about modern communication. You are the one who always has a cell phone in hand. I am the only one in this family who really continues to live the "good old days", and maybe Mom. Well definitely mom.
Ditto, ditto to my sister's comments. Way to not tell me you had a blog. I had to find out while reading one of the comments on Lori's blog. BTW I have never even text messaged and don't even know the accronyms so don't use too many. I had to look up BTW when a friend wrote that on my blog comments. Not all of us are complete techno addicts. I still enjoy good old fashioned phone calls and I definelty do not enjoy talking on my cell. I'm a big, hand held phone kind of gal. Is LOL laugh out loud or lots of laughs? Told you I don't text.
